I love the Grocery Outlet store on Brent Lane in Pensacola. The cashiers are really friendly and helpful. The parking is the only thing I have a problem with. It's congested. Other than that I'll rate it a 4 out of 5 stars!!!
Yes, the parking lot is an issue, but unfortunately, that's not controlled by the Store. I wish it was. The handicap parking is in the worst area ever. Some numbskull downtown did that.
Very busy grocery store. However, it has a wide selection of produce and meat. Though checkout lines are long, they move fast, and the cleanliness of the store is more than expected.
Never Go To Walmart unless you need a variety of frozen dinners. Go to Grocery Outlet instead. Lines move fast, Staff are friendly.

I really dont like this store because of the extremely long lines and the workers that block the aisle so you can't go up and down them. The only reason I'm giving them 5 STARS is because this one cashier was extremely helpful not only to my husband and I but to the people in front of us and to the cashier in front of her. We asked her if she was the manager and she said no that she had only been there for a few months, I told her that they should consider moving her up in positions because everybody was asking her a million questions and she knew every answer and she didn't seem irritated or overwhelmed or nothing. She kept a positive attitude the whole time. Now when I come back I'm definitely going to look for her to make sure she has moved up positions within the company. We asked her what her name was before we left and she said Sunny. Thanks Sunny for turning a bad experience into a good one. The company should be happy ahe turned a bad rating into a great one. Thanks again SUNNY.
