Great prices on meat. The butcher can do any cut that you request. Produce is fresh. You can find some great deals here, but some items are priced higher than Wal-Mart even before the 10% surcharge is added. The negatives I see is the store itself is constantly dirty. The front end employees need some training in customer service. Adding another cashier during the busiest times would be helpful. You can normally get in and out rather quickly if you know what you need.
While most of the employees are friendly and there to serve the customers there are more employees who are obviously only there for a paycheck. My fiance has witnessed several fights in progress or about to transpire between customers and employees. The majority of their employees look like the on drugs which must be a prerequisite to work there. They don't hire many people of different races. I've been shopping there for years and I have only seen maybe two employees that weren't Caucasian. Even though there customer base is very mixed including: Hispanics, African Americans, and Asian customers. Is it too much to ask to have cashiers, stock personnel, produce employees who look like there customer base? I guess so! The lines are always ridiculously long even though you will spot several employees randomly walking around the store texting on their phones and socializing with each other. And the manager will be outside smoking with one cashier and one register open with that line wrapping around to the side or back of the store. It's truly ridiculous. What happened to genuine customer service? This place is becoming more and more a disgrace. It was ran better when the younger manager was running the store and not the old fart who's currently managing it. I guess it's called grocery advantage because the employees are taking advantage of the employers by just collecting a paycheck without actually doing any work. The parking lot is always clean and shopping carts aren't just scattered everywhere. I guess that's the best you're going to get if you want to save a few dollars on groceries.
Conveniently located 5mins for the house I do most my grocery shopping here the staff is great alway offer help from locating product speedy checkout and they offer to help cart out food it I have a lot of food I have no complaints
I get exceptional service from the entire staff of this store every time I go. I use them for my personal grocery shopping and my catering business. Kelly their butcher, is amazing and can get any cut of meat possible. Highly recommend.
