Had Tornado damage, trees on roof, holes through roof, ceiling damage. Johnson Construction did an EXCELLENT job of helping clear roof, advising on insurance strategy and repairing roof. I am VERY pleased with the professionalism, workmanship and quality of the workers. They work together well, clean up at the end of each day and do beautiful work.
We are still in the process, but well in to the construction of our new home we have found Johnson Construction (Shelby) to be an expert in his craft, honest, and extremely creative. There is a dedicated crew to our home that is doing the work day to day, and from what my neighbors tell me they are hard working all day, polite, and thorough. I can see the house come along as I check on it, but my neighbors see it all day and say that I have found a great builder, and that they are very impressed with the quality of the build. One warning: If you do not want to become friends with your builder and his wife & daughter, don't hire Johnson Construction. They are great people, and impossible not to like. My wife and I highly recommend Johnson Construction.
SHELBY HAS CONSISTENTLY DEMONSTRATED HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIS ETHICS AT EVERY POINT THROUGH OUT ANY JOB HE HAS PERFORMED FOR ME. RECENTLY I PURCHASED A HOUSE BUT BEFORE I PURCHASED IT I HAD THE COMMON SENSE TO ASK SHELBY TO INSPECT THE HOUSE EVEN THOUGH THE CURRENT OWNER HAD JUST HAD HIS OWN INSPECTION DONE. SHELBY DESCENDED ON THE HOUSE NOT BY HIMSELF BUT HE HAD IN TOW AN HVAC CONTRACTOR, AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, A PLUMBING CONTRACTOR AND A FIREPLACE CONTRACTOR. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE ORIGINAL HOME INSPECTOR THAT HAD GIVEN THE HOUSE A COMPLETE "PASS" ON INSPECTION WAS FOUND TO BE COMPLETELY WRONG. SHELBY'S INSPECTION REPORT WAS DETAILED, ACCURATE AND COMPLETELY THOROUGH. I WILL ABSOLUTELY USE HIM IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL REFER ANYONE THAT NEEDS HIS SERVICES.
