Horrible front desk receptionists, don't know how to do their jobs properly and are completely incompetent.. Gave me incorrect copay information on 3 occasion ultimately causing me to miss a wisdom extraction after taking 5 days off work.. Gave me a previous copay amount of $250 then after arriving to their office (the day of the surgery) they tell me $700. MAJOR DIFFERENCE. The receptionist are supposed to call your insurance and verify what's covered but apparently it took them 3 times to get the correct information from my insurance.. Wouldn't recommend this dentist office AT ALL, ever!
Front desk was very quick and professional. I enjoyed talking to everyone there. The procedure was very quick and I was very pleased with the outcome. The Doctor was especially friendly and welcoming. I would recommended this establishment to anyone.
