I visited the dental clinic here and all of my interactions over the phone and in person with the receptionists, techs, and doctors were very pleasant and courteous. The building itself, sterile and cold, leaves much to be desired, but that is typical of such places. I was a walk-in and had to wait 4 and 1/2 hours to be seen; however, I hear such waits are entirely normal in places like Canada where healthcare is 'free'. Sadly, the exceptionally limited number of doctors and dentists willing to accept Medicaid in every state can only make these waits more and more the norm. The office was understaffed for the number of patients desiring to be seen. Again, however, I gave this a 4 star because my human interactions were pleasant; everyone was working and doing the best they could under the circumstances.
Great with kids
Well I would like to start off by saying I can only rate the phone experience because I haven't made it to my appointment yet but as for the phone experience I was quite shocked because as I was reading the reviews on the Internet , I was frowning!! I was already dreading the experience just then I heard a voice saying ,hello this is Tiara, how can I help you? After givin her some information we had gotten disconnected,I then called back She got the phone from the one who answered and I thought I was going to have to give her the same information again to my surprise she remembered all we talked about and had my appointment ready and I would love to let it be known that Tiara gives great customer service and hopefully she sees this and knows her friendliness was appreciated and she helped my day better just by her doing her job and doing it above and beyond.. They are very slow. They do not respect the appointment time. I was waiting for almost one hour to be called.
Do not even try calling. They will keep you waiting, the amazing lady that answers the phone will pick up the phone tell you to wait, keep you on the phone for 5 more mins then she hangs up on you. Total of 30 min wasted on the phone. Horrible customer service.
