I recommend him to everyone. had work done and the doctor himself called me the next day just to see how I was doing.
He was fantastic. Any awful time made easier . Very happy with him and staff .
Dr martin is great but the office lady called me yesterday to rescedule my cleaning bc the dental hygienist had an emergency. So i was ok with that noworries. But still had my fillings the followind day, in which, i actually forgot so i tried to rescedule when the lady called and she said i was gonna have a $50 charge for rescheduling the day of , but yet i was ok with the day before on resceduling my appt 10 mins prior. So jus felt like that was not ok. Bc i was ok with the office backing out on me at the last minute bc things happen but when i had to back out at the last min i get penalised that was not ok. But for dr martin, hes fantastic. I jus will not go back bc of the office trying to charge me 50$ . Hes amaxing though. Also had to cancel my husbands appt as well. Owell
I had been dealing with this dentist for the past year. No complaints thus far, until today. THEY called me to schedule my yearling cleaning because I was "overdue" for one. I knew that my dental insurance covered two free cleanings in one calendar year. I called the day of my appointment to verify this. FIRST OFF, the receptionist who answered was RUDE! She asked me who my insurance was with. I was driving and told her what I thought it was. She then asked me what my identification number was. I was confused because it was all X's and then 4 digits, but there was a group number. I asked her if the ID # and group # were the same, in which she replied with such attitude (like I was an idiot) that it would say ID #. I tried to explain her that it must be my social as it is the same as the last 4 digits on the card. Again with attitude, she told me I was wrong. I explained to her what the card said. She then miraculously found my ID #. hmm. They told me I would owe a copay! WHAT?! I decide to cancel because that is NOT what my insurance told me earlier in the year. On top of that, to cancel same day (hard to cancel an appointment on a Sunday when your appointment is on a Monday, but okay) is a $50 charge! Apparently in my new patient paper work. Didn't realize that cleanings were considered procedural work. Nonetheless, I told them to bill me. I call my insurance company to verify what I already knew from previous in the year. YES my insurance covers 100% cleanings twice a year. hmmm. THEN come to find out JUNE 2017 (YES THIS YEAR!!!) Dr. Martin's office decided NOT to be in my network anymore and DID NOT bother to tell me. Yet they had no problem CALLING ME to make an appointment for a cleaning. Riddle me that. Didn't mind calling me when I have to pay them, but never when they were still in my network. Same on you and your office staff.
Dr. Martin is a fantastic Dentist that pays attention to the details. I had a bridge put in my upper mouth and Dr. Martin made sure it fit and looked perfectly. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Martin and his staff to anyone.
