Nice venue. Craft beer. We we're not impressed with our food selections. Maybe next time.
Great food and drinks! Went in for a late night snack and drink on a Sunday and it was great. I had the Roasted Herb Duck Pizza and a damn good Bloody Mary which was $5 for the Sunday drink special.
Food is delicious, no doubt. The beer is excellent as well, so much to choose from. The downside is that the food is so slow to come out, and the staff was rude. If you have three hours to waste for lunch, the food is great.
I ordered 2 steak salads and 1 personal pizza. The pizza was great but I was not impressed by the steak salad. The meat on the salad looked and tasted like it had been boiled. The salad included the meat, blue cheese crumbles, onions and romaine lettuce so it was kinda plain in my opinion. The most disappointing part was definitely the meat though. I would have rather seen some grilled beef or chicken. The restaurant atmosphere looked cool but I took my food to go. I would go back for pizza but not the salad.
So... I think I just had one of the best salads in Pensacola. The black and blue at Hopjacks. When we arrived Sarah recommended the black and blue to us. It has perfect ratios of steak, cheese, and dressing. Sarah was great and she tossed my salad perfectly. Awesome lunch experience.
