I have always had great service here. When first looking for a vet I called around price shopping, and Scenic Hills was the lowest I found in my area. I have never regretted my decision.
This is the worst vet I have ever been to. My cat has anxiety and began hissing while at the vet before she was seen by anyone. After waiting over an hour (even though I had a scheduled appointment) I went into the examination room and the vet walked in and immediately called my cat "mean". My cat was blacklisted as a "mean" cat rather than a cat with anxiety at a previous appointment, but they failed to mention that I needed to sedate her even though it was on the paper work when I called to schedule the appointment. They were very rude and extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend putting your pets through the stress of taking your pet there, especially if they have a hard time at the vet anyways.

I had my first experience at Scenic Hills Veterinary Hospital last Sunday in an emergency.My Yorkie,Teddi,became very ill that morning at 4 am. The veterinarian that saw him was very compassionate and explained his critical condition to me.He gave me the prognosis for my sweet Teddi.I ways given time with him to say my goodbyes and give him kisses.There were tears in vets and assistants eyes.Thanks for your loving kindness on a very difficult day.Both of you made a lasting impression!
Nicest care and service my pets have ever received. Easy access has 24-hour emergency service. Great personalities.
