I could never recommend that anyone use their services. From what I've experienced, they are not ethical or trustworthy. We had such high hopes for their program being a positive experience. If you do decide to use their services, make sure you contact their corporate because what the office staff tells you at the location can not be trusted. Moreover, their services did not resolve my dog's issues. My poor pup isn't with us anymore. I'm left heart broken and wish I'd never trusted them.
They pushed not needed medication for my mom's dog
My sense is that they just have too many clients and not enough staff. I think everyone there cares but is just overworked. A few years ago it was a good deal in Pensacola, but I don't think we're going to renew our plans for our dogs. There are some other places in town with similar or shorter waits and smaller costs, even with the care plans.
We used to have a good impression with this place but quality has deteriorated. Over the last couple years we've had wait longer every time at this location. Doesn't matter if it's an appointment or a drop off, it's a wait. Not that big of a deal, I guess, if it were cheaper. The customer service has declined too - not doing care that we asked, doctors clearly slammed with patients and not able help much.
