This place is very rude and unprofessional. I called in to let them know I locked myself out of my house and I'm running a little late. The clerk at the front desk was very rude and yelled at me the entire phone call. When I got there the Dr himself was no better. He asked if I wanted to get my dog spayed and when I declined he began to shout at me saying I'm making a huge mistake and my dog will get all kinds of diseases and infections if I don't get her fixed. He then tried to apologize to me for yelling at me and told me I would be wasting my time if I tried to breed because she's not a high quality breed. I will never return to this unprofessional clinic.
Dr Mark is a fabulous Vet and Surgeon. Radar loves to see him.
They are very happy people and they love pets of all types. I rescued a dog the other day and they were very accommodating about working me and my new dog into their schedule to get him checked out. The vet was very thorough in looking him over but also was only doing what was necessary as to not break my bank account. He has already set up a 2 week check up to make sure everything is going ok with him.
They are friendly and my dogs love the staff
Dr Sprayberry is the absolute best vet in Pensacola. I wouldn't trust my fur babies health to anyone else.
