Thirty days prior to my final day at school, I cleared all my financial obligations and all departments signed-off on my paperwork stating I was free and clear to graduate. I made my final payment in the financial aid department a week before leaving school and was informed all was good and well. Two months later at the graduation ceremony, I was given my envelope and degree binder to put the degree in. As I sat with the graduates, I opened the envelope to glance at my degree. I was appalled to find a letter with big words stating that I need to make contact with the college and I can pick up my degree at the campus. I called the college the next day, was informed that I owed $50.00 for online classes and this happened after I left the college. I received no phone calls or emails after I left the college and before I walked on stage two months later to inform me of this. To sour your graduates at a graduation ceremony is not a way to send your graduates off into the world. Not a happy fan of this college.
This school is a bunch of haters!! Bad experience....
You can tell they enjoy the money. But that's any college now. The teachers are okay, some you just have to go through the material and teach yourself which can be irritating. They go through material so fast and skip over essential stuff. There isn't much hands on. Super small classes , even down to 4 students. Never much going on and can be upsetting.
This school is absolutely amazing and I'm so excited to be here.
I will be starting in September but so far through out the process if enrolling and getting this started for upcoming school quarter it has been nothing but great service and the staff there are WONDERFUL. I am waiting anxiously to start in September hoping the great service remains the same.
