The atmosphere is great, very relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and courteous. They have many extras that some of the other facilities in the area don't have. I've traveled all over the country and have visited many spas in my travels. Even though Pur Medi Spa can't compare to some of these other spas in the much larger cities that I have visited, for the Pensacola area it is a terrific Spa!
BEAUTIFUL SPA. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVED MY HYDRAFACIAL!!! LORI the esthetican was amazing!!! I also have had BOTOX and Dr. Howell was so nice and painless super happy with my results!!

Very relaxing. Great amenities available. Don't be fooled by the location. This is a great place to rest and relax while being pampered.
I went to Pur Medi Spa for a visit and ended up getting a massage. I've had lower back issues for a few months, which has continued after physical therapy. I had a deep tissue massage done by Shekeyla. She did a great job. The pain in my lower back had diminished after my first visit. The following week I had another deep tissue massage therapy session. WOW! My lower back is feeling much better. I'm going to continue doing weekly sessions for a few more weeks then go into a monthly maintenance program. Saves me from going to a chiropractor now.
STAY AWAY!!! APPALLING SERVICE! My husband bought me a massage/facial combo for Valentines Day. When I called to make the appointment on Feb 29 the employee, Alyssa, informed me of the same and I booked an appointment for four days later. But the day of, March 4th, they refused to honor the promotion saying it has been expired, although no paperwork they gave me stated this. The problem was that on three occasions (initial purchase and then twice calling to confirm what my gift certificate was good for) no employee ever mentioned I had to use this promotion within two weeks. I tried to talk to the owner to get some resolution and he YELLED at me, in a spa! Later when my husband called to clear up the situation the owner lost his temper, failed to admit any fault, and hung up on him! I have no expectation that a holiday promotion will last forever, but of course it is the business’ responsibility to inform the customer of an expiration date, and when a mistake is made by an employee the business takes the fault - not the customer. The owner has poor customer service skills and was truly appalling. He told my husband that even if his employees never mentioned the expiration on multiple occasions, it is our fault as we should have checked the website for details. ? I feel bad for the employees who had to witness the owner’s behavior as they were clearly on my side as he lost his temper. AVOID !!
Now they say will be opening in Orange Beach at a new casino there this summer. JUST TO FOREWARN ANY POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS, STAY AWAY! They are not there for their clients, all for the almighty dollar!
My experience with this business has been a bad one! First of all they can't keep any regular technicians. They age no one to run the front desk, never anyone in the placet to use facilities which are supposedtpbe available to members anytime during business hours! Now the doors are closed, did NOT receive any prior notice to this, yet my credit card continued to be charged monthly.
