Called to check availability on a pair of shoes that my son fell in love with. The guy answers the phone and I tell him I have the product number and size I need to check if they have it. He proceeds to tell me he doesn't have time for that, he couldn't help me. Since me buying a $189 pair of shoes for my son isn't worth their time I'll be doing business elsewhere. The guy was very rude. I even asked if there was a way I could check online and he said I don't know I don't have time. Never doing business with any footlocker again!
