Fabulous shoes and staff!
The latest incident: I went in to look at their shoes, and asked if there were any coupons. The sales lady said no. I asked when/if they had coupons/store wide sales and she basically said never. I found this hard to believe so left the store. After looking online, I found not only a sale, but a coupon for 30% off the sale price! The Aldo website team was helpful and said that this was a great sale (which I agree with). I have no idea why the store staff would say that there aren't sales--it made me feel like they were trying to con me into buying the shoes right then and there at full price.
Every time I come here, they deal with me personally and helpfully. I was surprised to learn that they even remembered what size shoe i wear. Excellent customer service!

First off, Aldo shoes are great. But, this particular store seems to be miss-managed.
