The manager of this store is horrible. She wouldn't even give me a refund for something I bought a week ago with the receipt. Then had me kicked out of the store when I called corporate!
Asked for a shoe then waited 30 minutes for them to for get about me the another worker told me they didnt have my size. Go to finish line!!
Had some Jordan’s shipped to the store on 13 Oct. UPS tracking showed shoes delivered on 20 Oct...never got a called from store. Called twice...store said no shoes delivered...called UPS, said shoes delivered to a man at the store ( SMH UPS). Sent on wild goose chase before getting refund. Second time in a month Champs failed to deliver!!!
