Have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. Their front desk staff is in need of serious customer service training. One would think an estimate for an entire new roof would be a priority but that is not the case with this company. If they can't even be reached for a simple estimate who knows how long they would have taken to get back with me should I have an issue after the roof job.
The receptionist at this place of business is in need of customer service training & phone etiquette in a professional setting. Extremely rude for the front line and first impression of your business.
Excellent service. One of the few roofing companies that would actually repair a roof and not want to replace the entire roof. They assessed the problem and repaired it quickly. Very satisfied.
