After waiting almost 5 years there is a sigh of relief when they showed up to handle my warranty issues. After digging in to the problems they found a few mistakes that will be addressed including furnishing us with a new sky light ,decking and shingles. The experts that were sent explained everything clearly assuring me the problems are located and will be fixed! (Hurray!) I will sleep better when it rains knowing the water will resist from entering our home from the roof. Thank you for taking time to help with our needs.
I have used this company to repair/replace and also install new roofs on new construction and am asking them to replace another roof now. The work they did 9 years ago on my personal residence and pool house is still beautiful and I have no complaints at all concerning their price or workmanship. Over the years they have installed many thousand square feet of roofing for me and I am about to use them again.
I give them a 2 out of 5 stars just because my roof has not leaked since they repaired damage from a lightning strike almost a year ago. The owner seemed nice enough, straightforward and let me know the timeline for the job to be completed. The other three stars missing is the customer service post-job. I finally stopped chasing the company for an itemized invoice (paid in full upon completion) for almost 7 months and never received a call back. They did respond to email after I let them know I would be writing a bad review. Luckily my insurance company reimbursed me for the work that was done but this company did absolutely zero in terms of helping out with a proper invoice for insurance purposes. If I wasn't as diligent as I was I would have been out 1k and a ton of follow-up and lost time. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend Pensacola Roofing Co.
Horrible company never use!
They did moms roof. She has called numerous times. It leaks and now they are too busy to fix it? Bout time to get levin to fix it..
