The POD customer service were always responsive to my needs. On the departure end, the 4 pods were delivered and picked up in correct sequence. The 4 Pods were delivered at the destination without any problems. All my contents were in the same condition received as they were when packed. The only reason I gave the review 4 stars instead of 5, was the cost of the additional storage that I required.

I made a desperate call early in the morning, requesting a Pods container ASAP and had it delivered that very same afternoon. The delivery guy was extremely friendly and put it exactly where I wanted it. I was very happy with the quality and condition of the unit I was provided. The company also promptly picked it up according to the agreed schedule. Really neat system to set it out and pick it up. I would definitely use Pods again if the need ever arises and I highly recommend Pods for your moving and storage needs.
