Awesome service, always able to get to my storage when I need to.
Upon renting three storage units I was told upon move out I would be able to use your moving truck as part of my contract. George who is the person that rented me the three units is no longer there. Debbie is now the new manager there and refused to honor this. On the few occasions that I have had to have contact with her, she was not at all nice to the point of being rude. Elevator has been out twice, gate cod box and door code boxes have been out. I would not recommend using them as long as Debbie the property manager is still there.
Manager Deborah I think was the name was extremely rude and disrespectful. I overheard her calling her employee a b***h along with other names. Straight up employee abuse. I overheard another cx the employee walked out with apologizing to the employee for how bad the manager is. I intend to find the owner of the company and let them know how much business they are going to lose due to her. I personally direct people to any other storage place. I just walked out instead of establishing service with this company. Absolutely horrible.
Debbie is the best manager this facility has ever seen. The gates were repaired immediately upon her arrival at the facility 2 years ago and have been maintained ever since. She has raised the occupancy at the location by 20% and continues to make improvements. I know her personally and the complaint from the tenant about gates not working is a lie. She also complained about trouble with the elevator, well sometimes things break down. The funny part is that Sapp lady rented all her units on the 1st floor so the elevator is a moot point in her case. She owns a flower shop in town and if you read the reviews on her place you will get an understanding of the evil person she really is. As for the guy that came in and left without renting, Brandon, he is the son of an employee that lasted only a few days and didn't know any more on the day she left than she did on the day she 1st started. Reviews should always be taken with a grain of salt. I love this facility and the customer service I receive from the current staff at Sunshine!
Did business here for a Uhaul rental and our saleswoman really brightened our day with her friendliness and helpfulness during an otherwise stressful move
