This company operating as Home Delivery was supposed to deliver a mattress and box springs to our house in Sandestin on Thursday, 7/14/16. They called on Monday to arrange a day and time for delivery. We do not live here full time and I told the man it may be a couple of weeks before we would be back in town. He acted like that was not acceptable and said they could deliver Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We set up delivery for Thursday and drove over five hours to meet their truck. They did not show up nor communicate with us. Their online tracking for the truck just kept pushing the delivery back, last check had it being delivered after midnight. We called Friday morning and they said they got delayed at the Air Force Base for two hours and did not make all the deliveries. It was not not on the truck to be delivered Friday and they would have to investigate. When we called back we were told it would be delivered Monday. I spoke with their general manager, Ed. I was told they schedule their trucks several days in advance and it could not be changed. I was told the roads would be to crowded to deliver on Saturday. He did not care about our inconvenience and not delivering on the day they were supposed to. This company apparently operates under several names, Home Delivery, Addvantage North American Movers and Aadvantage Relocation. I would not use them for anything they do not meet their obligations or are concerned with customer service.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a delivery company. They did not even call at any point in time before arriving to my house on two separate occasions which caused me to miss my delivery, even after I specifially asked them to FOUR TIMES! The delivery team was not helpful nor was anyone I spoke with on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
