My husband and I had an enjoyable meal and dining experience at Olive Garden today! Our waitress (Melissa) is professional, friendly and very attentive! She's such a sweet young lady! My husband is active duty military and I thank him for his service and thank all of the active duty military and veterans today on Veterans Day 2017 and everyday! Blessings to all...
Overall good experience... problems were remedied and handled quick.
Server was excellent, seated fairly quickly (it was a Friday night so some wait was to be expected), our booth was in a good place, attentive waitress, price was decent.
Quick and polite service. The only down side to this location is the entrance off of bayou Blvd. The parking on the hill isn't much help either. But the staff and management do their best to make you forget about that.
I am on crutches and need to sit in a booth because of my leg and I also had my mother and 1 year old daughter with me. So I also needed a high chair. They refused to pull a high chair up to the end of a booth. This absolutely absurd. I don't remember a restraint that I have been to that wouldn't do that. On top of the Olive Garden claims to be a family oriented restaurant but the won't cater to family's? How does that make sense?
My husband & I went for our date night and had a really good time.
We had a very large group for my dad's 50th birthday & they were more than accommodating. All our food was delicious & the service was quick & efficient. Our server gave him a free dessert to go for his birthday & we were able to use the tablet at our table to order all our appetizers which added to the convenience. I grew up dining at this Olive Garden with my family & look forward to having many more meals & making many more memories here.
Cons? Well... Husband's food dish had a hair in it. Salad had hardly any dressing on it.
We will not stop going to Olive Garden.
