Bunch of lazy a$$ people. Don't have a problem suspending my license, but can't even answer the phone. Try to use online services and it says my email don't match what they have on record. I don't have the time to go to the office since I work full time. This place needs to be shut down.

This is a bum number. I've called every day for the past 2 weeks atdifferent times and it keeps saying to call back at a later time. Cut it! I work full time and am just trying to find out about my case. Sheesh

For a government agency that collects millions of dollars from both custodial and non-custodial parents, you would figure that they would be able to offer a more efficient system for both parties in order to better suit the efficacy of holding the childs interests as a priority. This is a prime example to the fact that child support agencies are in dire need of a reform. Im absolutely apalled at the fact that its so difficult to do something so trivial as to even set an appointment. Once again, this proves that child support agencies are inept, and incapable of executing the most basic of duties and services. Furthermore, it proves that their only concern is your money. If i cod give 0 stars i would, and if there was a way to report this agency to an oversight committe, i would most definitely do so. I work full time and dont have viable transportation or time to just wait for 4 or 5 hours to maybe or maybe not be seen. Maybe child support services should be looked at more thoroughly since every office seems to be be unable to even answer a phone....
