I've given Vicks a lot of business over the past month because I moved and did not have a washer and dryer for a while. I'm extremely disappointed because several of the things I dropped of have been damaged or no longer fit right. They took my clothes and I told them I had several wool items that needed to be cared for and they said they would take care of it and now none of my wool items fit any more. I feel the young ladies "working" there are incompetent, loud and disrespectful. They didn't listen and where more interested in talking amongst themselves. I chose this business because I had heard good things about them but I don't feel they deserve the compliments they've gotten.

I used this location of Vick's cleaners in October. My first complaint is the pick-up date of my delicate comforter was to be on a Friday. I show up on Saturday and it is not ready... I needed this comforter laundered for the use of my spare bedroom- that didn't happen, but I let this issue slide. However, upon inspection of my comforter, I noticed a tear in the fabric. A BIG disappointment, but not a complete loss. As I began buttoning the end I noticed two buttons are missing. Not one, but TWO! Did anyone say, "Hey, by the way, there were a couple of mishaps with your item, but we fixed the problem"? No. I paid and had to discover this issue once at home. I am severely disappointed and will NOT use Vick's Cleaners for future dry cleaning services. I hope others have a better experience.
After repeatedly asking clerk that I didn't want a crease or heavy starch...get my pants and low and behold crease and heavy starch...
