Quite possibly the worst winter in Pensacola they redid our sheets three times and then told us they didn't have the equipment to do it properly. That would have been nice to have heard up front now we go to Vic's main plant
Better quality and prices than Vicks. The service manager is wonderful and really works with you if you have an issue. There are 2 female employees that can be rather rude and off putting, but most of the time the manager is working her butt off and making things right.
I went in and they were very polite to their customers and in meeting the needs of them as well, however I did not expect to wait as long as I waited after they were done with the customer that was ahead of me. There were two workers and I was not being helped. One did ask the other to help me but her main concern was the customer that had already left the store. I understand that they may not value their all of their customers but they need to understand that there are other places we can go.I did not leave my clothes and they only wanted to help when they saw me walk out. Our time is just as important as there's. Not sure what happened to the staff that was there before but they were awesome. I will be going to Vicks.
Amazing fast friendly service. I called on October 14th about a small stain on a costume corset that I needed cleaned that day. The lady who answered suggested that I come in as soon as I could and they would see what they could do for me. Much to my surprise they were very busy yet very fast and friendly. The lady I spoke to immediately took it back to be cleaned and I was out within 10 minutes. I was so impressed and will continue to go there myself as well as refer others to going there for their needs. Again thank you so much for helping my Disney trip be amazing due to a freshly cleaned costume.
