Ordered anniversary flowers for my mom since this is her first wedding anniversary as a widow. Her favorite flowers are white daisies, so I went online and ordered the garden fresh bouquet of white daisies. The online ordering process was easy. The shop called me the day of to schedule a time and the staff member I spoke with was very nice. The problem is that they delivered a bouquet of purple daisies with other purple flowers mixed in. This was very disappointing as that was not what was pictured on the website. Also, they delivered the arrangement to my mom's next door neighbor for some reason.
*update: After calling R & S, they apparently used the wrong recipe card. They offered to swap out the flowers for the correct arrangement and, after a few days of phone tag, were finally able to deliver the flowers to my mom's work.
Bought on Sunday and delivered 3 hours later. Wife loved em so they'll get my business again. 5 stars!
