My Mother received an arrangement from this company today and the flowers were fine, although they had little smell to them. My issue is simple and maybe picky, but made a big impression on all who saw them, so it might be worth addressing for future deliveries. Simply put, they had written my Mom's name, address and phone number on the envelope the card was in (which makes sense for delivery purposes), but what was tacky and cheap and lazy was that they had originally put the wrong last name and numbers on part of the phone number. Instead of simply grabbing a new envelope for the card - this is a small (2x3 or so) envelope, pre-stamped with their florist information), they lazily scratched out the incorrect information and wrote it again below. This made the whole arrangement look sloppy, careless and unimportant to them. Several people saw this as we had company at the time of delivery and all but one of them actually commented on how ridiculously cheap and lazy the lack of effort had been. Not something that will bring business back nor create new business, if that's a concern for your company. I gave you 4 stars because this is supposed to be about the flowers, and they were okay. But I, myself, and at least a couple others who were present, won't order anything from there for the sheer concern of what might not be important to you on that order. Super simple fix, and one I would address if it were my business. Thanks.
Great service - this florist knows how to do a great job. Prices were affordable and I got quite a bit of high quality flowers for the price I paid. Called last minute and they were able to deliver the same day. Delivery fee was reasonable too. Will use them from now on.
Now it's too late to get a delivery today!
I wanted to add that the owner, I believe her name was Delores was the nicest lady. A true Southern bell. She said she had been doing flowers since she was 40 and now she's in her 70's! I love to hear that people have a passion for what they do.
My son is in the Navy and today is his birthday. I lovingly chose arrangement for him, ordered it and got a confirmation. A couple of hours later they called to tell me the couldn't do it. I was working by that time so they left a voicemail. when I got the message, the lady said they don't go on the base because it just takes too long. Well don't you think your website should say that! She tried to tell me about a florist that's closer to the base and I said it's too late to get a delivery today and today is his birthday. She said well i'm sorry but we just can't go out there and I'm already home and there's nothing I can do so I gotta go bye and then the lady hung up on me!
I will never - no NEVER recommend or even consider using blue angel florist again! They aren't angels that's for sure!

The flowers for my wedding were so beautiful.. I told them what I wanted and had a picture in my mind, and when they were delivered I cried because they were so much more beautiful then I ever imagined.. Thank you so much for what you do..
