My wife and I are so thankful for this church. We have both experienced much growth in the short time that we have been attending. The pastors truly take their callings seriously, and the church has a great passion for missions. I recommend this church to anyone seeking to grow in the objective realities of Christ and in love for the Saints.
My wife and I are so thankful we found this Church. Faithful, expository preaching of God's Word every Sunday. Sound doctrine and the fellowship is sweet. It is a simple and straight-forward service with singing, prayer, missions, and preaching. I grew up going to a Methodist church and my wife went to a Baptist church. We find the simplicity of style to be refreshing and focused. Gospel-centered in theology and Baptistic in practice...highly recommend for anyone searching for a solid church where you can grow and be challenged for Christ.
The Cross Church is a collection of people from tons of different walks of life who are dedicated to making God's glory known in Pensacola. I've only been attending for a short time, but the church has welcomed me and many of my friends in and provided us a chance to connect with fellow believers and grow in our faith together. I would recommend The Cross to anyone looking to worship with a great group of Christ-followers!
You won't find a church with elders and pastors who care more for your life, soul and spiritual growth. This is church where you are prayed for, cared for and served joyfully. People and staff care for and love one another well. It is a delight to attend on Sundays and at weekly Bible studies and be fed the pure spiritual milk of the word.
I have grown a lot in my love for Christ and the Word since I joined this church 5 years ago. The gospel is central in every sermon and bible study. The leaders love and care for the church well. I am thankful for what God is doing in and through this church.
