Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Very clean and one of the only local ships that carries by dogs favorite toys!
I walked into petsmart fully prepared to spend money on an item I needed. However, the customer service was subpar. I went to Petco afterwards and not only found what I was looking for, but I also got the item for $20 cheaper than at petsmart. The customer service was also excellent.
Horrible experience. No one greeted me no one even spoke to me. Way over priced. Will never go there again.

This store is suck! We received an email with the coupon attached to it but when we try to get it the free item is not available. I came up after a few days with a receipt wit initials of the cashier to proved that I purchased and this 3 associates that I spoke with told me that the coupon has been expired and they can't honor it anymore. Better to go to Petland!
