Its a US Post Office. No frills, "git-er done" place. Employees are nice and they get you taken care of with a smile!
Its a cash only place. They will charge you more than what regular post offices will. Plus they weigh your pre bought packages and tell you it weighs more and costs more money. Never coming back... this place needs to be audited
The worst post office in America, hands down! The staff is rude and very unprofessional looking and behaving. They do not accept any kind of cards as payment nor do they offer an ATM, There is a sign on the door stating this before you even enter the place. When I came back with a $20 bill, the employee showed me a sign on the counter that said they needed $5 or $10 bills, please no $20 and stated this has been here all day. I stated to the employee that this was my 1st time in this Post Office ever. She shrugged me off and said "Oh.. well". I attempted to add a book of stamps so my purchase would be close to $20. My total was only $16.55, the employee said she could not take my $20 bill because she only had a few $1 bills. Needless to say, this is a piss poor excuse for a Post Office and should be shut down immediately.
The woman working the counter must be the owner because there is NO WAY anyone would let her continue to work after the way she treats customers! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was on a work call(on my lunch break) when dropping my packed & labeled package with pre-paid postage. All I needed her to do was scan it & that's it!! She then told me when I get off my phone she will help me. I told her all I needed was for her to scan it, she demanded I get off my phone because "there are signs that say no phones." When I told her that I wasn't getting off the phone she snatched the package and told me that next time I better not be on my phone or she isn't helping me. The week before this she was out front smoking cigarettes, I had to wait on her to before I was able to go inside. Completely unprofessional I will not be back and I'm sure shes glad!!!
This is the worst post office I have ever visited.the lady that works in there, have no social skills,rude, and has an ugly disposition about herself. she has no business working here, if she can"t be nice and friendly,and treat customers with respect. It looks as if she has had, a hard life.and is not happy. misery loves company..I will never visit there again. I"d rather drive to the Jordan street office, for a more positive, friendly environment.
