You have to search for it as it requires a few clicks, but the service charges by calendar day, not 24 hour period of time (and definitely not hourly). So if you park on a Friday evening and return on a Sunday morning you are charged for 3 full days (72 hours) even though you've been parked there less than 36. Had this been discussed or easily seen on their website we would have Ubered as it would have been less expensive and faster. I feel cheated. I gave a second star because the employees were pleasant and a third because they were efficient. Still don't plan to use them again.
This service is absolutely the best. They always go the extra mile and you cannot beat being dropped off at the door. Even better, they are extremely family friendly. I used them before I had my son and loved them, but then after I had my son they graciously picked me up in my own vehicle so we didn't have to do car seat shuffle. For a Mom who is laden down like a pack mule traveling a lot while her husband is deployed, this place is a God send.
This place is a FANTASTIC alternative to over-priced parking in Pensacola Airport. It is $6.50 a day at the time this was written. You car is locked away safely and they will take you right to the terminal you desire. Since they are right across the street the transit time is a mere few minutes. The City of Pensacola has allegedly tried to shut them down for years and every time I park their I feel a warm glow inside because I feel as if I am helping the 'little guy' get ahead while simultaneously giving it 'to the man'.... lololo
I have used this service two times in as many weeks for trips out of town. Being from a larger city and having to pay $20-25 per day for off site parking miles away from the terminal with a group shuttle, this is a welcome change. It is across the street from the terminal, on-call minivan shuttle, and it is faster than any I have seen. Loaded my luggage for me as I put the car in park and had me on my way in less than 5 mins. $6.50 a day! We need this place in larger cities.
Overall.... a GREAT place to safely park your car that is open 24-7 and at a great price, with great service.
I have been parking here for 7 years. Outstanding service. These guys are Fast, friendly and Always on time.love this place. They always give cold bottle of water. I will recommend Metro Parking to everyone.
