Good movie selection, but I would like it if they had a classic movie section, and then advertise it.
Remember the old days of the Record Bar and the Sound Shop when you shopped there and the employees loved helping you find whatever you were looking for? Well,Fye has proven that those days are long gone. No one ever bothers to help me find anything and I get so frustrated when I shop in the store. I have to find anything I need completely on my own. I feel like I am bothering them when I do finally ask for help(because they won't offer it). They never offer anything extra except to sell you a Fye Backstage Pass card which they must get commission for because they will ring it up not telling you anything about it charging your credit card $11.99 a month. Also,the place where you can mix your own CDs contains hardly any music in it besides country music. On the contrary,I can go to Lifeway and get any CD I want mixed which is where I plan to go tomorrow. This store needs to be just closed down and maybe put a good food place there where we can actually get some use out of that space in the mall.
This is to the manager. Not a putdown just some information. I was in your store today nice store but the second I walked in it smelled. It smelled like piss. The carpet is filthy. This could be the problem. I cut short my shopping because the smell got to me . Had to get some fresh air. For what it's worth.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of interesting products such as shirts, POP toys, candy, music and videos.
Employee is a dick. I probably would be too if I was a grown man working for minimum wage. Everything is priced incorrectly and overpriced. Also the place smells pretty bad.
