I apologize for using Gene Mitchell's legal court room talents to get my red-light ticket dismissed, but it was important to me. Mr. Mitchell requested Escambia County's Sheriff's Dept. dash cam tape-officer's video and had the Florida Yellow Light Statute to demonstrate that no Statute had been violated. The officer knew he was going to lose the erroneous ticket and decided to not show up. The thoroughness with which Mr. Mitchell handled all aspects of this case was masterful and I greatly respect his abilities and talent.
