There is a very RUDE and PUSHY woman who answers the phone and almost threatens you into making a commitment to their services over-the-phone before you've even had the chance to have someone give you a proper estimate. Business must be slow because she kept cutting me off to say she could write up a work order and charge $90 and that I couldn't call anyone else for an estimate/2nd opinion because it "would not be fair" to them. Really? She was also very snappy, condescending, and wouldn't answer any questions without getting full contact details (including address), which she kept trying to use as grounds for FORCING me to commit to doing business with them. So annoying...
