Great place for family to find wide variety of materials. Excellent coffee and cheesecake too. Super helpful staff!
Absolutely love this store. When you walk in, you can smell books and coffee. Many patrons enjoy the in house coffee shop and wifi services. The staff is consistently friendly and quite helpful when looking for a particular item. They also carry planners, ink and quill sets, and other novelty items that are unique.
Customer service was both pleasant and efficient. Returns have been swift and easy. Ordered two books, prepaid, to be delivered to my home. The Starbucks was also on point.
Nice store. The only problem is they want you to pay a yearly fee in order to get a discount on purchases. If they really appreciated their customers they would offer those discounts to all their customers.
Great place to get away from the world, friendly staff and its a typical bookstore with a library feel to it... the cafe is a wonderful place to sit and get work done. Always my backup plan... however wish they installed most AC outlets... as the large work area only has two.
