I have been going to J's all my life. I've seen the good times and the bad times and owners have come and gone again and again. I'm extremely glad that the service and quality has returned. My wife and I also love to stop in for lunch and grab a sandwich.
Called them in the morning for a last minute order for two pies and a strawberry shortcake for an early Thanksgiving dinner. They were able to make the pies and shortcake and I was able to pick them up at noon. I picked up a half dozen delicious cupcakes as well. Everyone was raving over the desserts, how creamy and delicious they all were!! Absolutely the best choice for desserts for your holiday gatherings!! Can't wait for them to start making Pumpkin rolls!!
J's has always been a great stop when we visit family in Pensacola! They have a variety of baked good the kids love as well as special cakes and breads
Shanelle at J's Pastry Shop made a 3D Snorlax cake that was an absolute hit!! Wow, she has such a talent and gift! My son was ecstatic!!! She definitely made his birthday super special! We want to use her skills again and again and again!
Soo disappointed! Terrible customer service! I called to reserve some cookies for my child's teachers on the first day of preschool and they sold the cookies to someone else before I got there. They had them set aside with my name on the box, but said that I did not pay for them in advance so they sold them to someone else. They did not ask for payment info when I called to reserve them. He just said they would be waiting for me. I was 30 minutes later than I said I would be. Such a let down. I was SO excited about those cookies! :(
