I had one of the best experiences at this location I'm in customer service myself and know how we r treated so I created a issue that that was out of the mangers Jordan hand everything he said I wasn't listening to but he never raised his voice or became rude neither did I but I know facial expressions said differently finally that day he did everything I feel above and beyond to calm a upset me until I was in agreement so I still walked out the store upset wanting to post as most do some bad on FB but there was something that never made that post so I go in today a week later and I get information from Jordan that u r OK I took care of that issue with a apology for him making me upset but he was doing his job but with the news he gave me brought me close to tears of joy...So when it comes to great customer service Jordan earned his reward...and once again thank you Jordan...Store Manager

My name Kelly Woodberry live in Pensacola Florida So I go in today to catch up my account The manager Rebecca an I had already been speakwabout a lab top so I see one today I wanted it I recieved a coupon in the mail from Baber's store#49 a dollar pays which came from the manager so to make a long story short instead of the manager telling me like a woman or professional would that I can't get it she starts to fiddle around with it like it was so dead an she wanted to make sure it worked an all this is you coming back up here today are you gonna be home all day just literally beating around the bush so she says we gone drop it off to you I said don't I have to do my paperwork she's how's in the computer like I'm really Dumb and print some crazy teciept an take my dollar an says oh we gone deliver so three o'clock tolls around I called she started to say oh well she went out of town to pick up something on her way back she's gone stop an drop the lab top well guess wat they never came an they closed at six an no phone call wow wat a biasness so I'm gonna get cooperate number make the complaint an I dont want the lab top IMA Py PFF wat I got an I will never return
